Classification of common electronic ballasts for low-pressure UV lamps:
According to the wiring method: plug, lead wire, integrated type (cable with power plug and lampholder).
According to input voltage:
AC series: single voltage 230VAC (220~240V)
A-single voltage 120VAC (110~120V)
U-wide voltage 110~240VAC
24VAC, etc.
DC series: DC12V and DC24V are commonly used, represented by D. Others can also be customized.
According to the startup method:
Preheat start (PH, EPS, PS series, etc.), suitable for frequently turning on/off the lamp to extend the service life of the lamp;
Instant start (PL series, etc.), suitable for normally open or normally closed application scenarios.
According to function:
LED-red/green, green indicator;
B-buzzer;
5V-0/5VDC signal;
N-dry contact, external PLC output switching value, remote monitoring lamp normal/faulty;
L-countdown, generally decreasing according to the number of days in the year, 365...000, prompting the date of lamp replacement;
T-accumulated timing, 0...9999 (H), monitors the running time of ballast and lamp;
P-Adjust the output current and lamp power through the PWM signal frequency to dimming function;
D-Adjust the output current and lamp power from 0-10V to realize the dimming function;
R-Remotely monitoring the operation/fault of the lamp through RS485, and remotely switching the lamp on/off;
C-Connect to PLC through 24VDC power supply to remotely control the lamp on/off intelligently;
S-integrated ballast is equipped with a key switch on/off;
WS-water flow switch function, connected to the water flow switch, it will turn off with a delay of 5 minutes;
